I have found more helpful ways to save money while in college and I find that I am doing many of these things as it is so I do hope that you find each and every one of these points to be useful.

1. Pay all credit cards and bills on time. This will help save you money through not having to pay for additional fees that would occur if you did not pay them on time.

2. To find fun things to do, go through the entertainment section of your newspaper and search for free and low cost events to go to.

3. Buy items in bulk as this will help keep the costs down.

4. Save money on gas by walking or using a bicycle to get around the local neighborhood.

5. For your cell phone, use a pay-as-you-go plan.
